Running .WEB is much more profitable than running .WEB.BIZ, as long
as gTLDs like .COM, .NET and .ORG exist. The only way that this is
workable, and the only way I would ever agree to it, would be if
all registrars were running at the same level. That would necessitate
removing com/net/org entirely, and that's just not going to happen.
