I don't understand the combination of these two sentences, since
the latter would seem to contradict the former. Hence I assume you mean
'registries exclusive to gTLDs' to have some interpretation other than
'registries act as monopolies over a gTLD' but don't have a guess as to
that other meaning. Please elaborate.
