Who said monopolies? Grant existing registrars entry into the shared
system, then. As I've said, I'm easy on this point.

What I will not back down from is the position that my company will be
a registrar, and anyone who meets the objective criteria, especially
those who are demonstrating their competance now, will be a registrar
as well.

The rest of the issues are negotiable, if the IAHC chooses to negotiate.
Of course, they could just publish the 19Dec draft on 31Jan as written,
with perhaps a minor change here and there for flourish, and find
themselves is a seriously bad position. I'm at the table, ready to
work for a solution. Who else will join me?
