I have to agree with this comment. Perry has already refused to discuss
the finer points of RFC1591 which disagree with his point of view. He
even went so far as to state that his mind was already made up long
before the committee could discuss the issues. This is why I ended up
writing the "Existing TLD Applications" draft.
