This is a good idea. But I doubt that it will turn out that way.
There has to be some sort of incentive in for NSI, and I don't see
one in my mind, right now.

Yep! And maybe not after that either.

If NSI refuses to share at any time, there is a rather large and
possibly uncermountable problem in the short term. This would be bad
if you support sharing, which I do not. If they renew, than you know
that sharing is just alot of hot air, in reality. If desolved, I am not
even sure what could happen in that case. Nothing compels NSI to join
CORE, unless it gets some provisios and majority membership(Control).

Good question's here? I must believe that IAHC has looked into it
to some degree at least.
