I don't think that this will avoid disputes.  It's my opinion that the
suffixes may be considered meaningless.  Whether I'm incorrect or not will
have to await the fullness of time.  One would hope that over time that
you are right and that I am wrong.

But the point that I was trying to make was that trademarks aren't
everything and that we are doing a disservice to divide the world into two
camps;  those with trademarks on a name and those without.
