You have got to be kidding me. What is that $1.2b in? Swahili dollars?
pesos? What are we talking here... Ok, maybe "peanuts" is not a descriptive
term for $20k but it is definitely very easily manageable. I have a lot of
friends in many different small start ups and trust me $20k is no problem.
Actually, I personally could afford $20k and I am just a lowly programmer.
Come to think of it, I've spent over $20k in computers, routers, and other
equipment just in the past 6 months.
I'm sorry but companies have got to be willing to take some small risk.
Otherwise, every tom, dick, and harry with a cisco 2500 and t1 or even isdn
is going to be calling themselves a registry and applying.
