I am no tsure either. But at least it is avalible for all to read
if they care to take the time to do so and TRUELY have an intrest
in a compermise solution. I have already pointed out that Chris and
I do not see eye to eye in some aspects of "His" perposal and the
DEC 19th perposal. I am open to any suggestions in truth at least.

How true. Which is in violation of the spirit of their own charter.
