Absolutely a fee, for that very reason. Again, I ask, how much?

Who says there's a limited number of slots available? Again, here is an
IAHC member treating the 19Dec draft as gospel! You're making the
assumption that the "limited number of slots available" is set in
stone. Due to that attitude, I continue to have less and less faith
that the IAHC is going to implement anything different come 31Jan.

Very good point, one which has changed my mind on the sharing issue, as
long as such sharing is consistant amongst ALL registrants, including
existing ones. My draft takes this into account.
