No, actually I cannot. I am not a lawyer, nor do I understand the
issue well enough to give a legal opinion. I do know, however, what I am
told, and it does make sense to me. My goal, as I've stated, is to do
everything I can to NEVER have to understand it; I'd much rather keep
the lawyers in their offices, worrying about policy and the like (our
lawyers, that is - I like Carl :-)).
