Let's assume that the IAHC decided to accept only 20 firms (heaven
forbid! Just for argument). At $20,000 each, that's $400,000!

Now, I can understand making $20,000 an up-front amount, and if
you're not chosen you get $19,500 back, and if you are chosen
you get, say $15,000 back.

But keeping the whole $20,000?! To the tune of $400,000?!?!

What are you guys smoking?!
