The "vetting" fee is not merely a simple financial credit check. Whatever
objective metrics that will be used, whether it be age of company, number
of employees, b/w to the Internet, etc. all that needs to verified. When
the applicant is in Uganda, Vietnam or Peru we will need to use local
accounting and management offices (I believe the Big 7 have offices
worldwide) so that the application form can be checked and verified for
accuracy.
