Perry,

  First, I am sure that I could talk to some of my contacts within
the telco's to donate and setup a perminant capability for Phone
or Live video confrencing, as long as there is a schedual for the
Quarter pending provided.  So that dog don't hunt!

  Second, I believe that everyone understands that the $20,000 is
and ESTIMATE.  I think the question is how was it arrived at and
why is it not refundable with intrest in total?

  Seems like someone at the IAHC didn't do their homework very well!
Which begs some other questions, if I may say so... :)
