Hank, right now I'll "define" .web, and show you an operating
registry, complete with database, DNS, and, above all else,
paying clients just like IANA told us we could have.

Is it the intention of the IAHC to take this away from us or
deny us entrance into the root servers? Even after we've taken
the first step and agreed to share it?
