Your argument is a straw man. We are not talking about subsidizing
anything. You are. Also, that $7m is not for non-profit by definition
in the Dec 19 perposal. Agreed that part of the use of the DNS registry
will be for non-profit perposes. But only part. And that part will get
very small very fast.
