Then the IAHC, as a delegate of the ISOC (both the IANAs and its parent) has
the right to revoke that delegation *RIGHT NOW*.

Which is it Don?

If the IAHC has the right to compel free trade in .COM today, as you have
just asserted through the delegation path, deliberate refusal to do so looks 
to me an awful lot like an illegal conspiracy to restrain trade.

I will remind you, and the other IAHC members, that if in fact this has
happened you are quite possibly in violation of federal anti-trust law, and
may be in violation of RICO.
