On the contrary. If the IANA is the source, it can be revoked by the IANA.
Unless, of course, there is some secret agreement in there that says that
the IANA is giving away rights to public namespace in a format that isn't
subject to call.
Either you're the overseer or something OR YOU ARE NOT.

Balderdash. If the IAHC had intent to do this, they would exercise what
they believe their power is in this matter.
Again, either the oversight and ability to call registries back in exists or
it does not. If it does, then exercise it and create a level playing field.
If it does not THEN QUIT PRETENDING THAT IT WILL EVER CHANGE, OR THAT YOU
HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO DO ANY OF WHAT YOU'RE DOING!
