Hi Don...In your note to Marty Modell, you wrote "NSF only entered into a cooperative agreement to help fund the process of the InterNIC. IANA authorized NSI as a registrar." Is a copy of the agreement between IANA and NSI posted? If not, can it be? Leo Smith
