I'm sure that the NSF participant in IAHC has many activities in
his life. Would you claim that the grocery store where he shops is somehow
in a position to modify the NSI contract?
One more time: The IAHC is not in a position to modify the NSI
Cooperative Agreement. For further pursuit of this issue, please contact
NSF and NSI directly.
