Look I think the point that Christopher is making that if the IACH
has $7m on accound deposited already, which you have as much admitted,
it is hard to justify a $20k fee for registering and than if not
selected in the lottery process, you are not refunded the whole
amount with intrest, as in a normal streight forward buisness
transaction. I have serious reservations about this policy as
even being legal, none the less ethical or reasonable, especially
for a org. that is representing itself as a "Public Trust".
