Thank you for your flippent, irrelevent comment sidestepping the facts.
That's no more than your claim that the IAHC BOF had 2000 attendees
representing the entire spectrum of internet users. Of course you
didn't say that, so don't put words into my mouth.

So the I* apply a band-aid to the symptoms instead of curing the
illness. IANA handed the ball to ISOC who handed it to the IAHC. Once
more we have a total failure from the internet authority structure to
take action on the issues that they are supposed to be addressing.
.COM is the root of the problem. Address that and the majority of the
issues the IAHC has to deal with will be answered.
