How can you attempt to introduce sharing if you clearly don't
understand how it works?

ISP's are not sharing customer accounts or IP space. They share the
customer territory. Each ISP is exclusive to their user base. THIS IS
NOT THE SAME AS SHARED-TLD DELEGATION.

Shared-TLD delegation provides the exactly same namespace delegation
via many store-fronts (registrars), just like you can buy a Hershey bar
in any grocery store.
