Why not use royalty based revenue to generate the funding needed to
support IAHC. If a registry has to pay a nickle royalty ONLY when it makes
a dollar, the royalty payment will never act as a barrier to entry.
If the $20,000 fee were instead treated as an advance on royalties to cover
the first $400,000 in sales generated by your registry, how would you view
that?
