Neither of them should have a 2LD. However, if Jane tries to use
betterfoodonline.biz then Joe will probably sue for re-use of the
foodonline part. Even if Joe is grandfathered into a .com domain, jane
should use better.foodonline.alt or janes-grocery.seattle.wa.us or
something else. Isn't a nice simple 3LD like better.foodonline.alt much
better looking than betterfoodonline.biz?
