No waiting period whatever will resolve conflicts that will eventually end
up in court. There should be no waiting period...PERIOD.
If the holder of a trademark has a problem, they can take their problem to
court.
Registries should focus exclusively on providing registration services.
"Forced" changes or deletions of existing SLD names should occur only when
the registry receives an order from a court of proper jurisdiction. The
trademark rights can be adequately protected in court. That's where the
trademark issues belong.
