I also prefer waiting for 10 days to waiting for 60 days.
But my preference would still be _no_ waiting period at all.
But the method should be specific to the domain. A
".tm" gTLD (which will hopefully replace the .tm.int proposal)
could be associated with a trial or even a waiting period,
while a more specific gTLD like ".movie" might have
a shorter one or none at all.
