On that note, the 30% withheld by NSI could probably interest finance
this effort for quite a few years.  Why not let the NSI funds finance
the startup of its competitiors.  

In fact, I would suggest that if NSF won't give up any moneys to IANA or
ISOC, that we shouldn't pay much attention to you either!
