Hmmmm ... I find that in South Africa, the reason people might shy away
from .co.za is when they want to appear 'international'. .com does this
for them.

Also, the fact that their registration is usually (assuming their
technical details are correct) processed in minutes, and the lower
once-off charge (R200-00 or about $40 at current exchange rates)
seems to do the trick.
