If they came with $20,000 checks in their hands, and I KNEW they were 
going to come, you can damn well bet I'd have a way to take their calls 
and properly service their needs.  

Its NOT impossible.  You have enough cash flying around to make this work.

Then why hasn't the IAHC committed to this in their draft? 

It doesn't take a year or two either Perry.  If you think it does, find an
organization that can handle this and contract it out. There have to be a
few hundred of them in the US alone.
