Well, we must be on a roll here. I find myself agreeing partialy
with you again. I say Partialy, becouse I don't see why IECH has not
anticipated and planned for the worst case senerio already. Especially
in handeling a simple task of phone inquiries. That plan should already
be in plave and underway now.
Now, I agree that you need to start with a small group at first
to work out tech. kinks. but 100-300, is small in my mind. Not
20-30. That is just too small and doesn't provide for a good
rampup starting point.
As to wanting to be conservitive at first and liberalizing as you
go along, well that is ok, as long as you have the rampup and
liberalization on a planned basis, and known to all. Something else
that should already be in place. In addition, I might add that
conservitive at first is ok as long as it isn't conservitive to
a fault.
