Don't forget that the 7 gTLDs are going to support far more types of
entities than businesses, including individual persons. For them
there is no business plan, and there is no reason to make them wait
60 days -- a personal use of a domain name by definition cannot
infringe on someone's trademark. That is, if I were to get
"kent.per" and use it to support my personal machine at home, there
is no issue of my name infringing on Kent cigarettes. I don't even
think a "dilution" claim would be justifiable.
