Question to IAHC

Would someone from the IAHC let me (us) know whether or not there will
be a revised draft before the 31st, or will the draft on the 31st be
the only public statement from the IAHC?

Also, are there plans to publish comments to the IAHC other than the
mailing list, or would that be a breach of communication? If so,
wouldn't you say that this is not longer a public-comment procedure
as a result?

These are just clarifications, not accusations - please don't take
them the wrong way.
