Thanks (honestly) for writing better English than I do. 
(as a side-remark, this underscores my point on why I'm worried about 
carving the  domination of the English language in stone. People whose 
mothertongue is English have a very big advantage in these discussions, 
and in asserting a global market presence. Forgive my using rude words, 
but I think a little linguistic affirmative action will do a lot for the 
Internet in the long run)

As you know, this is where we part.

I would just store it within the registrar's safe. However, mailing a 
copy to the registry seems like a good idea.
