Re: A position paper

  Yes, this is true.  But that is a nuance.  It would seem
to me that we should be difinitive in any possition that
is taken, and especially in the Final draft to be excepted.

  More inclusiveness in the decision making process would
also seem a good idea from folks on this list whom are
participating.
