Scott,
Well directly, I would agree. However it is implied in the draft
in sections 4.2, 6.0 and 6.1. In addition no VALID justification
under US law or International Law provides for a 60 day waiting
period as incumbent on TM's or TLD's to my knowledge. This may
be due to several obvious reasons, which I will not go into here.
I fail to see your point, Scott in your comment to my persistance,
unless it is a just frustration on your part to my persistance.
If so, good! I will continue to be so, until there is a working
Draft that can be considered a reasonable compermise by at least
80% of the folks commenting on this list. As I am sure others
will as well.
A side note. If you are wondering if I am a very persistant
person, you are correct. And I shall continue to be so for
the rest of my days on this earth. That is a key to sucessful
business and personal achievments. I do not know quit unless
a reasonable compermise is achieved in these matters.
