Let this be a lesson to you Scott, about not posting overly curt and brief
remarks that assume everybody in your audience has a clue.

The IAHC has no such money. The $7 million referred to is money that NSI
collected on behalf of the NSF and the money is in a trust account that
is under the control of the NSF.
