So is "mcsnet.inet", "mcs.car", "mcs.radio".

No, I think they understand exactly how it could work. Remember, these
folks are supposed to understand this stuff AND many of them are supposedly
practicing LAW in this area.
I'm sorry, but I don't buy the ignorance or lack of thought arguments.
