Not everyone. And even if probably all of us have to begrudgingly agree
that there are some costs, NSI's immense income can cover IANA's
registry related expenses. After a unilateral monopoly for so long, the
least they can do is cover 100% of the cost of creating competition,
esepcially considering they still have another year or so of their
monopoly remaining.
