No amount of repeating a misstatement will make it truth.  NSI has been
putting away $15 per domain reg and $7m has accrued and it is up to the
NSF and the Internet community to decide what to do with that money.
The IAHC has no contact to any of that money other than one of the members
of the IAHC also works for the NSF.
