Remember "An Observation"?

We all are getting several hundred emails per day as a result of this
list.  There were at least 32 exchanges over a few days on the above
subject.  _None of them were necessary!_  Either is this one except to
say please try to keep to the point of the "draft."  The mind(s) of the
IAHC are not made up; we need constructive input; we want consensus;
we don't want to waste your time  -  or ours.  Thanks.
