  We still file.  And yes As I have always stated we are EMPLOYEE
OWNED and PRIVATLY HELD.  Can you read that better?

  Sorry, I misstated there.  My appologies.

  No and there never will be with Edgar.  Information they have listed
is
notoriously innaccurate, therefore open to validity questions. 
(See US district cort filings on Edgar july 1996).

  You aoviously need to improve your reasearch capabilities.  They are
terribly lacking.
