  Generaly this is correct.  But that is also a logical error as well
known as "Glittering Generalities".  Thie Internet is being used for
commercial perposes WORLD WIDE.  We have sites in several countries.
That makes it a commercialized on an international basis.  I would
agree not to a large extent, YET!
