Verry relevent to the situation. But I thinks misses Perry's point
somewhat.

I have a few of more to add.

1.) In what way spicificaly does the "Final Draft" need to reflect
the importance of providing sound buisness architecture for
    which the registries will operate?

2.) Is it necessary for all gTLDs to be shared? If so, why SPICIFICALLY?

3.) What role do the registrars play in making the buisness plan
acceptance
for a applicant and how is the to be outlined within the final Draft
    spicifically?

Regards,
