  Yea I read that article myself.  It is quite humorus I thought.
Very typical of the Telcos, to spend an inordant amount of time
talking about what they are POSSIBLY GOING to do instead of 
ACCTUALLY doing it!  Never ceases to amaze me!  Poor things...
