The following solution is fair, user-friendly and covers the
multiplicity problem. And it makes money for the general good.
Auction each <trademark>.tm. The company that pays the
highest price for (a certain number of years) gets it.
Some of the money can be used to finance the administrative
structure and the rest should obviously be used to develop
the Network infrastructure where it is most needed (usually
in developing countries).
You can also auction <trademark>.tm.int and
<trademark>.tm.<iso 3166>, but .tm will certainly make
much more money than .tm.int.
