Hi,

It seems that to correct some opinions, the IAHC needs some support.

I here declare that, as a working document, the 12/19 draft is IMHO
a nice piece of work, worthing the work done on it.

As to clarify : I do not support ALL its content, but find it a good
starting point for work.

It is unuseful here for me to express details about this : others have done
it well
before me.

The consensus will then be reached within the IAHC as what is the best
for the net in the future, considering the DISCUSSIONS and arguments given
in this list, I hope not considering the statistical aspects of who has
sent how many messages
and then counting the "for" and "against" found in the archive.

They remain very lonely in taking decisions, in the light of our sensitive
remarks,
as the debate is passionated.

And I here declare I trust them in doing so.
