In a case of harassment a company can get a court injunction against the
harasser on the basis of harassment and the court could order the harasser
to remove all harassing domain names. Trademark law need only be mentioned
peripherally in the case.
However, new gTLD's and 3LD's don't significantly change the problem. It
could already happen.
