Paper


In reading SLD Application Requirements in the appendix,
i seems that a regestrie will need to maintain paper documents
and that applications will need to be made via paper and
snail mail. Am I correct in the assumptions?

If so is there not a way we could make these applications via
some electronic means, afterall this is the internet.
