Will it be nessassary for the statement to be submited via snail
mail on paper? If so Why? One of the reasons the internet has grown
widely is because of the ease of making a domain application via
e-mail. This is the internet and all communication is done
electronicly. 

Making applications for domain names via "old-world" means is IMHO
a bad idea.

Could you folks with all your wisdom please make proposals that
work with 21st century technologies?
