  As I have said here befor, I will be glad to provide those 
forms and any network managment software that we have avalible
to the IAHC, no charge.  In that they claim they have no money
currently.  I will also assist through my contacts for 
hardware if necessary.  This may be donated or be made 
avalible at wholesale price, depending.  BUt if it is found
the the $7m held in escrow is to be made avalible to IAHC,
than at that time I will require some rembersment.
